About Natalie

I have spent more than 30 years creating headlines for people and businesses.

I’m Natalie Trice, a Chartered PR Practitioner, senior publicist, author and professionally trained coach.

I have worked with global brands, founders, experts, charities and deeply personal stories.

What still excites me is finding the idea that changes how people see the work and making sure it reaches the people who need to hear it.

PR has been the golden thread for over 30 years and I still love it.

My career has taken me from international media and entertainment names including CNN, Discovery Channel and Cartoon Network to work with Earthwatch, Sense, Royal College of Art, International Menopause Society and Harley Street Fertility Clinic.

I have worked on international campaigns featuring names including Brad Pitt and Robbie Williams. I have led launches, managed global teams, trained spokespeople, pitched stories, written books and advised people when attention was high and words carried real consequence.

I have seen PR when it is glamorous, when it is gritty and when it genuinely changes lives.

This is where experience matters most.

Health and wellness is full of extraordinary expertise. It is also crowded with misinformation, overclaiming and stories that flatten complicated human experiences into an easy headline.

I choose to work in this space because credible voices deserve better. The work calls for curiosity, care, judgment and the confidence to make a story compelling without making it irresponsible.

As an author and the founder of a global hip dysplasia advocacy network, I have used PR personally to raise awareness, contribute to public understanding and create a conversation around a health issue that mattered deeply to my family.

That experience changed the way I work. I understand what it means to trust someone with your expertise, your reputation, your story or your cause.

The Porsche was never really the point.

The Porsche, which is called Dolly, became shorthand for something bigger. After a difficult chapter, I could imagine a different life and do the work to build it.

Manifesting, to me, is not sitting still and hoping. It is deciding where you want to go, showing up, making the calls, doing the work and continuing when the result is not immediate.

That is also how I think about PR.

Experience taught me PR.
Coach training changed how I help people.

I have always mentored people, but professional training through an ICF accredited coaching programme gave me a different way to listen, challenge and help someone find a direction that belongs to them.

Today, I coach PR freelancers, business owners and experienced practitioners who are ready to make a change, build something of their own or lead with greater confidence.

Senior work, personally led.

Natalie Trice Publicity is my independent PR practice, not an agency. I lead every strategy, counsel relationship and senior client conversation.

Chloë Leibowitz supports client services and keeps communication and coordination running smoothly. I also draw on trusted media contacts and specialist partners in the UK and US when a brief needs broader reach or additional expertise.
