Coaching for PR People
You know how to do PR.
Now build the career and business you want.
Being good at PR does not automatically make pricing your work, finding clients, trusting your decisions or building a business feel easy.
I coach PR freelancers, business owners and experienced practitioners who are preparing to leave corporate life, find their own direction or create something stronger.

I know the industry because I am still in it.
I have worked in house, in agencies and independently. I have built offers, won clients, lost clients, managed difficult briefs, changed direction and rebuilt after life interrupted the plan.
I am also professionally trained through an ICF accredited coaching programme. The work is not based on generic advice or a formula that assumes everybody wants the same kind of success.
I help you look at what you want, what is getting in the way and the decisions that will move you forward.
Who I Coach
You are thinking about going freelance
You want to understand what self employment could look like, what you might offer and whether now is the right time.
You already run a PR business
You are good at the client work but want more clarity around positioning, pricing, boundaries, growth or the kind of business you actually want to own.
You are preparing to leave corporate life
You have experience and expertise, but translating that into an independent offer feels unfamiliar or overwhelming.
You are experienced but stuck
You may be successful on paper while feeling uncertain, invisible, exhausted or ready for something different.
Sometimes you Have a question. Sometimes you need the benefit of experience.
Coaching helps you think clearly, find your own answers and make decisions that belong to you. Mentoring gives you access to the experience I have built across more than 30 years in PR.
I can work in either way or combine the two deliberately. I make the approach clear at the beginning so you always know whether I am asking, challenging, advising or sharing what I have learned.
